According to some studies, a natural and aesthetically pleasing breast should have slightly more tissue in the lower half of the breasts, the upper pole should be a relatively straight line whilst the lower pole should be curved (or convex), and the nipple should be slightly angulated upwards. Although there is the ideal, not every patient is going to present with a perfect pre-existing clinical state that will allow us to achieve this ideal outcome.
