Summer is just about at its midpoint, and the GBA has been very active. We have been attending many local association AGM's as well as keeping up with issues around the Bay. In this issue we talk about everything from septics to Phragmites and we have an update on dock permits. Enjoy!

Environmental Bill of Rights Registry

This spring the Ontario government posted three proposals on the Environmental Bill of Rights Registry concerning the future licensing and growth of the aquaculture industry. GBA responded to all three postings.

Water Levels

Get your latest water level updates here.
As of July 22nd levels in Michigan-Huron are 4 inches higher than this time last year, 33 inches above Chart Datum and 11 inches above long term average for this time of year.
