This spring the Ontario government posted three proposals on the Environmental Bill of Rights Registry concerning the future licensing and growth of the aquaculture industry. GBA responded to all three postings.

As of July 22nd levels in Michigan-Huron are 4 inches higher than this time last year, 33 inches above Chart Datum and 11 inches above long term average for this time of year.
This spring we wrote to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry with some suggestions on how to make their regulations re Land Use Permits for docks and boathouses more reasonable.
