This includes the commissioning, appointing, management and monitoring of contractors in order to meet the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. The WES Safety & Premises Service Safe Management of Contractors training is designed to enable you and your staff to understand and meet these requirements. By the end of the course participants will be able to: • Understand and manage the commissioning, appointing and management of contractors in adherence to the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015; • Undertake simple monitoring/observation of contractors The training also includes responsibilities that are required for the management of asbestos and compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
