Recap of Affordable Housing Month

Thank you for joining in affordable housing month! We had a great time learning with you all and connecting with new and familiar faces. Did you miss an event or want to listen again? Check out the recordings here!

This year’s theme -- Silicon Valley is Home -- paid homage to our community. Whether our families have lived here for generations or are just settling in, Silicon Valley is where we live, and we want all our neighbors to have access to a safe, stable, and affordable home.

Upcoming Events

The Social Housing event previously scheduled for May 27th has been postponed for our community to take time to grieve and attend the vigil at San José City Hall to honor the lives lost in the VTA shooting. Our community is grieving due to the tragic loss that took the lives of ten members of our community. If you have the funds, please consider donating to the fund that Working Partnerships USA has set up for victims and their families. You can donate to the fund at this link.

Stay tuned for a rescheduled date for “Social Housing” with speakers from the Human Rights Institute at San Jose State University, First Community Housing, South Bay Community Land Trust, and more.
