A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone!

First off, I'd like to thank every single one of you. You're the reason I'm blessed with the gift of speaking to lawyers across Canada every week. Every week, I'm speaking to lawyers in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Quebec, British Columbia, and more. I haven't spoken to a lawyer in the Yukon, or the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut yet, but I'm sure that's coming soon! The important thing is the lawyers we're working with have offices across many, if not all, of the provinces. It's truly been wonderful to speak with so many amazing people!

What's also interesting (if you're a legal nerd like I am), is how diverse the class action system is across the provinces. What works in British Columbia may not work in Ontario or Quebec. There's absolutely a science to where, and how, to file each case. I've learned a tremendous amount speaking to the lawyers we're now working with, which is great news for you! Why? It means MORE SETTLEMENTS!

Right now, we've got eight settlements listed. That's great that you can see, at a glance, which settlements you potentially qualify for and should submit your claims for, but it's a bummer because there may be settlements we somehow missed. To fix that, I'm speaking with every Canadian class action settlement administrator and telling them to INCLUDE US ON THEIR NOTICE PLANS! That way, they'll notify us of every single settlement you can potentially claim so we don't miss a thing. We've also dramatically increased our case research abilities, so even if they DON'T tell us about a Canadian class action settlement, our lawsuit detectives will find it and get it posted.

That's my goal! I want to report on every single consumer class action settlement in the world. Right now it's just Canada and the United States, but we'll get there!

That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
