Good morning everyone! It's almost LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Are you PSYCHED for it? Do you have big plans to head outside and enjoy the last days of summer? For the first time in months, Phoenix doesn't have a 110-degree day in the forecast, and that's fantastic for my team! It means we'll see more people out in the mornings and evenings, as the city actually cools off to the 80s (or even the high 70s <GASP>).

Up here in Show Low, Arizona, it's highs in the 80s and lows in the high 50s, so pretty darned awesome for a desert boy like me! I'll run back home to Phoenix once it starts getting REALLY cold up here. My girls can go back to school "in person" as soon as mid-September, but like a lot of people, we're going to hold out a bit and see how everything shakes out. Thankfully, we're in a position where they can do their schoolwork safely from home, and we're in no hurry to get them back in person. Yet one more benefit of running a virtual company! My office is where my laptop is!

We're looking for TWO people right now actively. First, a Director of Marketing who's got experience helping an online company grow their consumer base DRAMATICALLY. Our Director of Marketing should be able to speak on the online analytics lingo and have experience growing a consumer-focused website from millions of monthly viewers to tens of millions of monthly viewers. We've got BIG goals, and we need someone with big ideas and a HUGE amount of drive to help us get there.

We're also looking for a Client Success Advisor who will work directly with our existing clients, helping make sure their advertising campaigns are successful and that they're THRILLED to keep working with us. Every single client I consider a friend of mine, so taking amazing care of them must be your passion.
