2016 MPAC assessments leave owners of small unbuildable islands seeing large increases in their property assessments.

Water Levels

Get your latest water level updates here.
As of February 10th levels in Michigan-Huron are down 4 inches compared with this time last year, 18 inches above Chart Datum and 8 inches above long term average for this time of year.

The Corps of Engineers predict that levels in Michigan-Huron will rise 1 inch over the next 30 days.
