A MESSAGE FROM NICOLE ALJETS

Hello, TCA Viewers!  It’s Nicole here, your friendly Top Class Actions Community Manager. I spend most of my time at TCA managing our Facebook page, and answering viewer questions.  I can’t tell you how excited I am to be writing my first newsletter message to all of YOU! I’m a happily married, working Mom of 7 kids (YES! 7), ages 5 to 21. Five boys and two girls. And just like YOU, I’m always looking for ways to earn money, save money, and get a great deal!  I’m a coupon clipper, sale shopper, and very focused on consumer awareness, and what’s right and fair for hardworking folks like all of us!  That’s what I LOVE about working with Scott and the TCA team. It’s amazing to wake up every day and work with people that truly care about our audience! 

It’s been a busy week, and we have SEVERAL new Open Settlements and Investigations to check out.  I’m even thinking of submitting for the Musical.ly Privacy Violations Investigation myself, since my daughters used the app for a while!  Thank goodness, they’ve moved onto other things as young teens do.  But, definitely NOT GOOD if personal information was collected that shouldn’t have been!  I’ve also got not one, but two class action notices coming in the mail today for the Toyota Sienna Sliding Door Defect Class Action Settlement (Gotta love USPS Informed Delivery!).  With such a large family, of course we drive a mini-van, and our current van and one of our previously owned vans qualify for the settlement! It’s great to know that I can get any door repairs needed, AND get reimbursed for the repairs we paid for on the old van.  I’ve got my hubby looking for that receipt!
