Wendy Anderson and team received a $213,000 grant from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation for a project entitled, “Creating free web content to demonstrate the crucial role nurses play in palliative care communication in the ICU: A partnership between IMPACT-ICU and VitalTalk.”

Publications

Hemali Patel (previous Academic Hospital Medicine Fellow), Kirsten Kangelaris, Margaret Fang, James Harrison, Andy Auerbach have published a paper in the Journal of Hospital Medicine describing the DHM's Incubator. 

In a special issue of Healthcare on ethics, James Harrison, Phuoc Le, and Marcia Glass present a qualitative study describing the ethical challenges facing global health trainees completing overseas placements.
