Postgraduate scholarship in Numerical Modelling of Thin Walled and Composite Members
A scholarship is available to support research related to the behavior and analysis of thin-walled and composite members within the School of Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney. In particular, the research needs to focus at the development of numerical formulations for the modeling of thin-walled and composite members. The scholarship is valued at $12,000 for a period of 3 months. Applications are open to both domestic and international students. Please note: this Scholarship does not cover fees. More Details

Fulbright Scholarships
The Fulbright Program is one of the largest and most prestigious scholarship programs in the world, enabling students, academics and professionals to undertake research or study in the United States. Applications are invited for Postgraduate, Postdoctoral, Professional and Senior Scholarships in any academic discipline, as well as a Distinguished Chair in Agriculture & Life Sciences. More Details

John Monash Scholarships
In 2015, two graduates of The University of Sydney were awarded one of Australia’s most important postgraduate scholarships, the John Monash Scholarships. Harrison Steel will study for a DPhil in synthetic biology at the University of Oxford while Tim Matthews will pursue an LLM at Cambridge University. Each year the Scholarships are awarded to outstanding Australian graduates to enable them to study for a Masters or Doctoral degree at the world’s best universities. Applications for the John Monash Scholarships are now open. The Scholarships support any postgraduate degree and each Scholarship is valued at AUD $65,000 p.a for to 3 years. The John Monash Scholarships are not limited by age, gender, academic field of study or choice of overseas university. Applicants must be Australian citizens, have completed or nearing completion of an undergraduate degree from an Australian university, and be ready to commence their studies in the year following making their application and being selected.
