No images? Click here Monthly Newsletter | December 2020Dear WIT Community, What a rollercoaster of a year. We saw loved ones get sick. We witnessed some who passed away. The long and hard efforts of small businesses were truncated by Covid-19. We are still figuring out a way to rectify systemic racism and the continued attack on Black people by the police. Yet despite one of the most devastating years of our time, we are still here. Our resilience and empathy became stronger than ever. We saw a new way of bringing our community together. We saw our democracy live another day. We embrace and value the importance of human connections even more so than before. As we look back this year (actually, let’s not look too hard), let’s learn from our mistakes, celebrate our successes, and prepare for a more resilient, bold, and sustainable 2021. Soon we will be off this rollercoaster ride. Hold tight. Keep the faith. Wear a mask. Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday and see you in 2021! Cheers and power on!
