Hello, Awesome TCA Viewers!

I hope you all had an awesome Fourth of July. I spent it in a sleepy little Oregon coast town called Rockaway Beach, which happens to be one of the top-rated fireworks displays in the country. It’s pretty amazing what that little town does every year! Let’s just say I left 45 minutes into it because my 3-year old son was ready for bed, and they were still going 20 minutes later!

The holiday came at a perfect time. It was a much-needed mini-break to de-stress and kick off summer with a bang. Scott and our new VP Steve are in Denver now helping to sponsor the American Association for Justice (AAJ) conference. And we’re already well into planning for the Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) conference in October.

We’re going to have a huge presence this year at MTMP as they add a much-anticipated class action track. We meet a lot of mass tort attorneys at every conference who pick our brains about getting into Class Actions.  And vice versa — mass tort attorneys curious about starting a class action. And then there are the law students and new graduates who aren’t sure what they want to focus on, but they know they want to fight for you, the consumer.

We’re excited and proud to be a part of shaping the new generation of MTMP attendees who are eager to get out there and fight for consumer rights. We have our ears to the ground about what you guys care about most and need, and we happily share that with attorneys who can help. So please, continue to let us know about the products, drugs and medical devices that have harmed you, and we will continue to find attorneys who can help put a stop to irresponsible and/or unethical business practices.
