Sexy Fish has joined forces with globally-renowned Champagne house, Krug to offer Mayfair's most indulgent new brunch menu. Each year Krug selects a focus ingredient to pair with its Champagnes, and for 2018 the emphasis is on fish. Inspired by this unique pairing, Chef Director, Bjoern Weissgerber has created a selection of new brunch dishes including a steamed bun with smoked salmon & caviar and a sweet shrimp tiradito.
