A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! Happy mid-September! Here in Arizona, some kids are going back to school, in person, at least part-time this month. We're keeping our kids virtual for the month to see how it goes. I'm hopeful though, as are the girls, that they'll be able to go back before the end of the year. We shall see!

Our girls got their flu vaccination shots last week and their doctor mentioned she's seeing fewer kids sick. WHY?!?! Simple! Because everyone is masking up and washing hands. If someone's sick, they're staying home. All things we SHOULD be doing anyway but, thanks to COVID, we're being diligent about it, and it is making a very positive difference in the general health of everyone. Heck, an acquaintance in Australia, where they are wrapping up cold and flu season since they're at the end of Winter, said it was especially mild this year, simply because everyone is being so careful. That gives US hope in the Northern Hemisphere that we might have the same experience. Let's keep masking up! Get those kids back in school!

On the work side of things, I had a conversation this morning with our VP of Operations and Marketing Sarah, our Business Analyst Micki, and our new sales guy Adam about different marketing and sales plans we've got rolling. We talked about who Adam's calling, emailing, texting, and even snail mailing. We then talked about ways we're automating some of those things, and it reminded me how, and why, companies in high growth mode like us get so big, so quickly. As we had that discussion, we identified AT LEAST three more people needed to help with the marketing and sales process. Each of those people would be running different marketing solutions, vetting incoming leads, and/or loading new contacts to be touched through our different media platforms. That's a LOT to think about, and it shows how important our upcoming Q4 planning meeting will be in just two weeks. At that meeting, we'll decide what projects we'll focus on in Q4, along with which positions we'll be hiring for. We need to stay cash-flow positive and profitable so we can't grow our staff too quickly, but we don't want to crimp our growth by not filling roles that would help ACCELERATE our growth. What an exciting challenge!

I'm going to hop back to the phones now, calling our clients! That's all for now! I've got to work hard the next few hours so I have time to hit the road and walk for 2 - 3 miles with my beautiful bride this afternoon! I'm down almost 20 pounds from my peak Q2 weight! Gotta keep moving! Make it a great week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
