Good morning, amazing Top Class Actions viewers!

Has it been a week already? WOW! We got lucky in New York City... The weather was really nice, especially in the evening, until the day we left. On Wednesday it was 95 degrees and MUGGY in the City. Me and the family landed in Phoenix to 105 degrees of DRY HEAT! I have to tell you, it was GREAT stepping foot outside into 105 degrees and getting wrapped up in that dry heat. Yes, it was hot, but I wasn't enfolded into a wet tortilla, feeling like I couldn't breathe. I feel bad for ya'll out East dealing with it!

The dry heat couldn't last though. It IS monsoon season in Phoenix and today, Tuesday, it's muggy. Rain's in the forecast but sometimes we just get a haboob. Those are the huge, thousands-of-feet-tall dust storms that blow through the valley and clog up pools, air filters, and lungs. Pretty gross! Hopefully, we'll just get some nice thunder, lightning, and rain! Fingers crossed! We need it here in the desert!

On the work side of things, Courtney's been busy putting up some new investigations. More are launching this week. If you're not checking it at least once a week, you're missing out. Keeping an eye on that section will keep you informed before they make it to the newsletter. That could make it so you get contacted by an attorney before 740,000 other people get their eyes on it.

It's important to remember to be patient when you're submitting claims for class action settlements or submitting your information to the attorneys handling an investigation. Oftentimes the law firms are inundated with submissions, so give them a few days to get back to you if you qualify. They will get back to you as soon as they can.

Certain investigations, like the American Express investigation, are REALLY popular. John Fabry and his team at the Carlson Law Firm are reviewing hundreds of submissions per week. Make sure to CHECK YOUR EMAIL if you participated in this one! You HAVE to respond to John's team at the Carlson Law Firm to participate. I just spoke with Steven Fink, another attorney helping out with that case, and they're getting back to people as quickly as possible. If you qualify, submit your info ASAP! Once you get their reply, make sure to get back to them so they can keep running hard on it.
