2016 Rheumatic Fever Awareness Campaign

Have you seen our Stop Sore Throats Hurting Hearts Facebook page?

We’re posting regularly as part of this year’s Rheumatic Fever Awareness Campaign. If you can share this page with your networks or friends, we would appreciate it!

Also, if your group or organisation has a local rheumatic fever prevention event you’d like us to promote, send it through to the Health Promotion Agency’s Sarah Bain (S.Bain@hpa.org.nz) so we can look at sharing it on our Facebook page.
