Hi Energywise User, Did you know insulation grants are now available for home owners, as well as rental properties?

Over the course of a year, the average household spends more on heating hot water than on home heating, so that's a good place to start.

What you can do

Check out the Energywise website to find out if you are eligible for a grant and to contact a service provider.

Is your ceiling insulation up to scratch?

Here's how to check.

Tip 2:

Getting into your roof space may be difficult and dirty.

Get an insulation service provider to do a check.

Tip 3:

Your underfloor insulation may be old and ripped.

Do a quick check.

Tip 4:

Already have well-installed ceiling and underfloor insulation?

Wall insulation may be the next step.
