ISO Standard Single Lead Inserts

Our selection of inserts are for manufacturing Standard Single Lead Medical Threads which meet current ISO 5835 and ISO 9268 standards for thread form. These inserts are sold in quantities as required to fill a given thread whirling cutter body. Refer to corresponding thread profile diagrams to confirm thread dimensions.

ISO5835 HA... are screws with shallow threads (for cortical screws)

ISO5835 HB... are screws with deep threads (for spongiosa / cancellous screws)
