It's time to embrace change Hello LovesI've been writing a Newsletter for about 11 years since I first became self employed. But the truth is, I don't read Newsletters myself!!! I know!! I literally click delete delete delete on them all. So if you are reading this, I know that you are deeply connected to the issues raised in my work AND deeply connected to your work around this whether in a professional, personal, academic context or, like me, all three! I have taken the decision to invest some time and money into a much more interactive way of disseminating information, building a community network while simply being able to focus on all things associated with trauma informed practice; embedding what we know into how we be. So it is time my friends to say goodbye to the Newsletter and move forward. I would therefore like to invite you to the Trauma Informed Community HUB. The platform is not dissimilar to any other social networking site but the beauty is, that it is entirely about the things that you are interested in and you can meet others who are on this mission too! You can use it on the website and you can download an app. Oh yes...and I am offering this for FREE. Think sections on self care practices, trauma informed schools, trauma informed adult services, trauma informed children's services and topics I haven't even thought of yet!! I am starting this now, in mid July so we can enter into the space slowly and with consciousness. The following 6 weeks are always quieter as many take a rest at different points. This felt like a good time to get to know people slowly, develop content and learn how to give you the best experience. Your invite is HERE. I have currently set the community up as 'private' but I will review the best way of growing this over time. While it is in private mode, you will need to send me anyone's details who would like to be added. When it goes public, then you can invite whoever you like. But let's start gently shall we... So if you're leaving at this point, thank you for all you do and all you are yet to do. If you are going to join me on the next leg of this journey, then I'll see you in the HUB! Big love Lisa x |
