The one-to-one nutrition coaching group continues to have a 100% success rate, with Sam joining us and hitting all his targets from day one - we're expecting big things from him! Marie also made a brilliant start with a stone weight loss and even navigated a 2 week all-inclusive holiday like a legend! In Group PT we welcomed Hazel, Jo, Chere, Olivia and Rozmin and we look forward to seeing Livi and Lynsey who start at the beginning of August. Reach PERFORM continues to be one of the most enjoyable sessions of the week, especially now that coach, Megan, is back from the USA and I can join in again! What's in my supplement cupboard?One of the reasons we don’t talk much about supplements is that it's too easy to think you are "on it", just by taking a supplement. It creates a false sense of progress. It’s easy to go on Amazon and buy some fish oil. Whereas monitoring and adjusting calories and macros takes time, effort, knowledge, commitment, discipline and diligence. And guess which is responsible for 99.9% of results...(it ain’t fish oil!). That said, if you approach it with the right mindset, there are some decent supplements that can help you along the way. Let's take a look at one of them - magnesium. Read more here. Parent & Child FitnessWe have had a few enquiries about parent and child fitness for the summer holidays so we are running a fun fitness class once a week, probably starting next week. The exact format and details are still being discussed but you can register your interest by adding your name to the list on the studio whiteboard. You can download it here. 1-2-1 Nutrition CoachingIt’s no secret that the people who are on the 1-2-1 nutrition coachinh program are absolutely flying. You’ve only got to look at their progress to see that it works! If you are serious about making amazing progress but you are not quite sure what to do then the 1-2-1 nutrition coaching program could be for you. I’ll help you identify your goals and set a reasonable timeline for achieving them. I’ll tell you when to put your calories up or down. I’ll tell you how to manage your macros.
