How is AESC different from other hospitals?
It’s simple, our culture. We asked ourselves, what is important to our employees? We know your time is valuable, and we value your time. We offer competitive salary, reasonable work hours to manage work - life balance, a highly-skilled support team, and excellent benefits to demonstrate our investment in you. We firmly believe that medical standards are the doctors' to set, not ours. We give you the support you need and deserve to run your practice.
Do you want a company that looks beyond their walls?
So do we. AESC, from its founding, has committed to volunteerism and charitable giving. We already know that our team members are giving people, invested in their communities. We share their passions. With our BRIDGE program, volunteerism is rewarded with financial support to charities of our team's choosing.
Our BRIDGE program combines the resources of our company with the passion of our employees. The BRIDGE program is designed to recognize and encourage volunteerism and community involvement among our team. Through employee-directed charitable giving, we financially support our employees, their causes, and the communities in which they are involved.
We are confident that when we combine our resources with the energy and passion of our employees, we create extraordinary results.
