HAPPY HOLIDAYS

We just closed an amazing run of The Gay Heritage Project and now we're getting ready for the holidays. There's some cool stuff coming up in the cabaret, plus an amazing New Years Eve celebration.

A huge thanks to everyone who came out and made this past year such a great success. Happy holidays!

ARTISTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 35TH RHUBARB FESTIVAL

Head over to our website to see the list of artists confirmed for The 35th Rhubarb Festival this coming February. It's a very exciting line-up and we can't wait to share the full programming schedule with you - stay tuned for the full programming announcement on January 2.

CANADIAN HERITAGE

As many of you know, we are trying to get answers from the Department of Canadian Heritage as to why they suddenly withdrew funding for The Rhubarb festival, after many years of support.

We have launched a petition urging for more information. Please take a moment to read and sign the petition and help spread the word.

You can also visit our blog for up-to-date information on this situation, including a great video of MP Peggy Nash raising the issue in the House of Commons

MANON, SANDRA AND THE VIRGIN MARY

Our first show of 2014 will be The Pleiades Theatre production of Michel Tremblay's Manon, Sandra and the Virgin Mary. Stage veterans Richard McMillan and Irene Poole square off as a pious spinster and a devil-may-care drag queen in this battle of words and wits between the sacred and the profane.
