Good morning, amazing TCA viewers! Last week was completely crazy for me. I had the privilege of attending and presenting at Mass Torts Made Perfect, on both their marketing side (since we help attorneys find potential plaintiffs) and the class action side (since class actions are what we started with!). If you're in the mass tort or class action industry, or want to be, I hope you'll go to their next show in October. Everyone from the biggest attorneys in the industry to those who want to get started attend it. Me, and many of my team will be there, so I hope you swing by and
say, "Hello!"
I got to meet a young woman named Chantrelle while at the opening night gala. Chantrelle said "YOU'RE Top Class Actions?!?! That's crazy! All of my teacher friends LOVE your website, and share the settlements they can claim with each other every week!" Hearing about how Top Class Actions is helping teachers put more money in their pockets by participating in Open Settlements makes me VERY happy! That's exactly why I started TCA 11 years ago—to get the average person PAID! And yes, I know it takes a LONG time to get paid. That's the way it goes. Submit your claim, and wait 6
months to 2 years to get paid PER SETTLEMENT. But, if you do that every single week, and average claiming one settlement you qualify for every week, you'll start getting checks regularly in six or eight months. You just have to be persistent and patient to get paid!
While I was at Mass Torts Made Perfect, I ran into Mike Papantonio and FINALLY got my hands on a copy of Mike's latest book, "Law and Addiction." If you're reading this newsletter keep an eye on your inbox! We're giving away copies of Mike's book, signed by the man himself, until "Law and Addiction" is officially released on May 6th! Even if you don't win a book, start reading the series. You truly get a behind-the-scenes look at how these cases happen, and the real life drama that takes place.
OK, that's all for now. On to some more lawsuit and settlement updates!
That's it! Really! No más! Back to work for me! Make it a GREAT week!
Warm Regards,
