A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! It's officially my first newsletter of 2020, and I'm EXCITED about the new year! We've got great things happening for you this year and I can't wait to get them rolled out for you. Better functionality, more features, more settlements, and just overall a better website. We're already at over 6,000 Facebook fans. THANK YOU for your support! It'll be a GREAT year!

Over the weekend, I was on a date with my beautiful bride and we got to see the movie Dark Waters. It's about the long battle that was fought against DuPont for poisoning an entire town in the United States (and the world) with C8, a chemical in teflon. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you see it. It shows the lengths that big corporations go to cover up dangerous side effects and impacts on the environment. In fact, now 99% of living organisms (including you and me) have C8 in our system.

We see the same thing in different drug and medical devices. The big drug companies find the side effects in their own studies but push the product to market to boost their profits. Many of the drugs we write about in our investigations involve consumer attorneys who discover these studies before trial and tell corporations, "YOU KNEW this drug caused cancer? WHY WOULD YOU STILL SELL IT?!?!" The almighty dollar is always the answer, or they thought the side effect occurred in such a low number of test subjects it wouldn't matter. Well, it does matter when it goes from hundreds of test subjects to millions of consumers. All we ask is that consumers get warned about possible side effects. If the company warned people about them, they don't get sued. If they DON'T warn them, they do. That simple.

That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
