Next up—self-care celebration week, where STARS has partnered with Nike to bring participants 6 days of advocacy, creation, and leadership. From March 13-18, participants will engage in a host of self-care activities, from charcuterie board-making to trap yoga to a youth town hall with city council members. STARS is a coalition of 10 nonprofits serving girls and gender-expansive youth across New York City in leadership, arts, sports, and more. These events count towards attendance requirements for Girls Write Now mentees.
