Good morning, everyone! It's already the middle of January. Can you believe it? I was just jabbering at you about Christmas, and now everyone Is back to work, kicking butt and taking names in 2020! Halfway through the month already (practically). Crazy how time flies.
On Sunday I was watching some football, as many of us were, when Aubrey asked me to hit the trampoline with her a for few minutes when she was taking out the trash (one of her normal chores.) My first answer was "NO! I love ya, but I'm watching DA FOOSBALL!" Thankfully, she's MY kid and doesn't take "no" for an answer. She said, "Daddy, you TOLD ME to get outside more, and YOU promised me LAST SUMMER you would jump on the trampoline more with me when it's
cooler outside. Well, it's cooler outside, Daddy! Let's go!" I looked her in the eyes and said, "you've got a good point, LET'S GO!" I hit pause on the TV, we took the trash out, and I promptly jumped around on the trampoline with her for 15 minutes. Those 15 minutes were fun for both of us, good exercise for both of us, and another good memory. All great things, and it only took me away from DA FOOSBALL for 15 minutes. After that 15-minute break, I was exhausted, felt like I was about to have a stroke, and needed to collapse on the couch to recover for a half hour, but it was totally worth it, lol! I keep reminding myself that I only have a couple of years left when my kids will WANT to play with me. I need to get off my butt and do it while I can, otherwise in 10 years the house will be empty and I'll be sitting here wondering why I didn't get up and play
more often. No regrets! More play!
On the work side of things, Courtney has been super busy building more investigations. One we've been watching is the Acura RDX investigation. If you've got a 2019 or 2020 Acura RDX CHECK IT OUT! We're hearing they may go into "limp mode" and slow down or even stall out. If that happened, please submit your information. The attorneys handling that investigation
will reach out to you, if you qualify.
OK, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates!
That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!
Warm Regards,
