Why is it so difficult to find senior roles? Who's the Real Boss recently published an article on LinkedIn about why it's so difficult to find senior roles. Although the author is in Australia, it's interesting (depressing?) to hear the struggles are very similar. There has also been quite a bit of noise on Twitter and LinkedIn with PAs and EAs sharing their recruitment experiences - some of which are truly dreadful.
