MESSAGESA WORD FROM JASON REDMAN Hello Team, I am always excited to pen a note to you all. I hope this newsletter finds you well.
It was a resounding message. There is nothing wrong with not drinking. It can be 'the normal'. I know it sounds contradictory to where I come from. Due to the statistics with ages between 12-15 year olds, 65% do not drink and have not had a drink. The vital message was that if you are a non drinker you will lower rates of mental illness, have a better chance of being cancer free and reduce numerous other health risks caused by alcohol. I challenge you to bring some evidence to the contrary? ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. Show discipline at work, at home and look after yourself and your work mates. Be a person that is good company to be around due to clean and healthy living. It will change your life. Reds Global are constantly looking to be on the cutting edge by investing in training our team, providing team uniforms and by having the best team of people around. You can rest assured if we always work together as a team, we will continue our strong growth. I have visited many sites recently and it has been very pleasing to see people in their uniforms and presenting themselves so well. I would like to suggest, we can achieve greater client satisfaction by ensuring we are on time every time; Thinking ahead of what work we have to do; Partner up with your client to select the safest, efficient way to conduct materials handling.
Thank you for reading and please add value to your company every day. We need you, we want you to have your say and above all else have a fantastic place to work. God Bless. Jason Redman A WORD FROM DAVE BROWN Welcome to our latest edition of our monthly newsletter. We hope you will enjoy the read. As with any type of written communication, it is difficult to fit so much into a few lines so please allow me to touch on a few subjects that are very important to Reds Global. Customer Service We face challenges every day between clients, crews and from different stakeholders. Although most of you work at the same location for a period of time we see these challenges taking place on varied projects across the board. The biggest challenge again, comes back down to communication. Please try to picture yourself in our clients position and ask yourself if you would be happy with the communication that you provide on site. Building rapport takes time but, the benefits far outweigh any time taken to build it. Thank you and always remember to give that extra 10% as it makes a difference between being good or being exceptional. With our kind regards TEAM OF THE MONTHDominic Lanciano This crew have demonstrated consistent solution orientated thinking to our client throughout the initial stages of this project. Although they have faced many challenges, through fantastic communication they continue to build rapport with our client and with other trades working along side them. Enjoy your Gold Class movie vouchers guys, and thank you again for your dedication to our team! Dave Brown RECENT WORKSCritical works were successfully undertaken on several projects by Reds Global this month. SAFETY MESSAGEHi Team, You will notice on the sleeve of your winter clothes a new Safety Logo. The idea is “wear your heart on your sleeve” when it comes to safety and it is there to remind you of the goal of getting home to your friends and family at the end of every day. Nothing is worth taking a risk! Your family are the ones that suffer. Our Team Leaders have started to complete Risk Management training, as part of a Leadership and Management program. The first course was held on the 22nd January with the next course being held on 5th March. In this course I discuss Legislation and risk assessing the core business to develop strong controls that eliminate or mitigate risk, especially high risk, by using best practices. The course is technical but hopefully our Team Leaders will come out of it a bit more educated in regards to responsibilities and identifying risk. Stay Safe at Work and Play BIANNUAL TRAININGReds Global Training Day will be held on Sunday, 5th March 2017. We look forward to seeing you all on the day at one of our three training locations. A letter has been sent to each of you advising the course and location you will be attending on the day. If you are unsure about this information please contact the office.
