Good morning, everyone! I hope you had a fantastic week! Out here in Phoenix it's finally FALL, which means the leaves are changing, it's cold at night, and we're waiting for the first snowfall! Well, for some of us in Arizona, up in the mountains that's the case. Here in Phoenix, it just means no more 100-degree days, the cacti are still green, and the nights are cool. This means I'm walking Barkley more, so that's good for him AND good for me! I've gained a few pounds over the summer, so now I need to walk it off and lay off the desserts a bit. Is it my fault that DQ's blizzards are so tasty and that I'm easy to persuade when it comes to my girls convincing me to make a run there after dinner? Of course not! Also, it's Pumpkin Pie blizzard month at DQ! Frankly, I have no choice but to support
good pumpkin farmers around the country by getting those tasty treats!
On the work side of things, we are constantly adding more settlements but we STILL are not included in the advertising plan for most settlements we post. We post them, because we know you love them, but we don't get paid for them. That's a problem when we (rarely) get the data on a settlement WRONG! I received a call from an attorney today saying, "Scott, I'm on TV TOMORROW talking about a settlement on your website that's got BAD DATA in it, and you're showing up on Google before US, so can you PLEASE fix it ASAP?" I replied, "Of course! Thank you for telling us! We NEVER want to have inaccurate information on our website, but when you don't include us in your settlement advertising plan, we have no way of getting your approval to
post it!" I received the word of the attorney that in the future they'll loop us into their settlements. Fingers crossed that happens! We always want to make sure that everything we post is accurate, so if you see any inconsistencies or errors please email us at questions@topclassactions.com and we'll get it fixed RIGHT AWAY!
OK, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates!
That's all for now! Make it a GREAT week!
Warm Regards,
