Welcome to the Social Value UK July Newsletter.

We hope you, your colleagues, friends and families are all healthy and well.

We are sending this email to catch you up on all recent events and news in the Social Value UK community! Do get in contact if you have any further queries.

This month sparks an interesting conversation on an end to COVID-19 restrictions in the UK. With over 86% of the population having had their first vaccination, the PM has announced that is now time to relax legal limitations and move towards letting the general public make their own decisions.

For many this is an exciting time and marks a return to normal, however do still keep safe and look after the health of others!

A message from our CEO's

Since joining us in May, CEO's Isabelle Parasram and Crispen Sachikonye have been working to diversify our offerings for members. They ask the key questions...

What more can we be providing within our services?

What advocacy topics are important to you?

How can we connect with the general public to spread the word of social value?

Recent Events

This month Social Value UK paired with Localis to deliver a webinar and workshop, named  "See clearly now: transparency and social value", with a focus the the question

Can we arrive at a common definition of good when it comes to transparency in the context of procurement reforms and creating social value?
