The training levy is billed every 6 months to those who partake in midweek & weekend training and is separate to your membership fees. This payment is a small contribution that goes towards offsetting the cost of running the training program here at FSC. If you are an avid sailor and attend all sessions then in terms of price point you would be looking at less than $1.20/hr of coaching provide by the club.
