Working basics 3.x

Filled with joy and pride to see the CI pipeline over at gitlab become green. Tenancy has become functional in the basics not just for one Laravel version and not just for one database driver, but Laravel 5.3, 5.4 and the upcoming 5.5 in combination with MariaDB and PostgreSQL! Tested with a code coverage of 58% already.

Not yet implemented is the integration into the webserver. Planned are apache and nginx, just as before. Additional features like auto-SSL generation using Let's Encrypt can be expected soon as well!

New features already done:

  • Migrations for tenants during creation.
  • Caching website and hostname objects.
  • Plenty of events to hook into.
  • Custom unique id generation for sites.
  • Custom password generation for tenants.

Help out

With the current pace I'll be able to release version 3 of tenancy very soon. I could use some assistance to get the documentation readied and to have people do some test driving.

If you're up to the task, please get in touch with me. For those of you able to support my efforts financially, I'd appreciate pledges of any size over at patreon.
