Diabetes-related emotional problems are extremely common, one in four people with type 1 diabetes and one in five people with type 2 diabetes experience severe diabetes distress. Navigating the mental health system - Multi Cultural Mental Health Forum Eastern Sydney On 16 March, approximately 80 frontline community workers who provide services to multicultural communities in south eastern Sydney joined together at Coogee Surf Club to gain awareness of the mental health sector in the local area. 10 Questions to Ask - New resource assisting people navigate a path into aged care 10 Questions is a series of brochures written by nurses, doctors and experts with experience in aged care. Each brochure focuses on an individual aspect of care to increase consumer knowledge and make the journey into residential aged care easier.
