Australia a beacon for the world |
Five years after launching the Shared Value Project in Australia, our community continues to influence the growth of this important business strategy around the world.
To celebrate this important milestone, SVP will be launching a series of events and activities over the coming months to provide our members and the broader community with the opportunity to reflect on our growth and our impact on business and society.
In a special video message for our fifth anniversary, Michael Porter commended SVP for 'catalysing the remarkable growth, awareness and practice of shared value thinking around the world.' I wish to thank our members for their continued support and collaboration in advancing shared value in the region.
With shared value firmly on corporate Australia's agenda, we are seeing a wide range of companies transform their business models and unlock the commercial opportunity of doing Business on Purpose, the key theme of the 2019 Shared Value Summit Asia Pacific.
I look forward to celebrating this important milestone with you over the coming months and sharing highlights from our first five years.
