2021 Youth Week eventsAmount: $1,000
Closing Date: 17 December 2020
Funding Provider: Lake Macquarie City Council
Purpose: Designed for young people to express their ideas and views, act on issues that affect their lives, and create and enjoy activities and events. Any non-profit organisation that is incorporated, or auspiced by an incorporated organisation, can apply for up to $1000 to fund National Youth Week activities or events. The event must occur within the Lake Macquarie Local Government Area, and be for young people aged 12-24 years.

Veteran and Community GrantsAmount: $20,000 for small grants, $20,001 to $150,000 for large grants
Closing Date: 29 January 2021
Funding Provider: The NSW Office for Veterans Affairs
Purpose: To maintain and improve the independence and quality of life for members of the Australian veteran community by providing funding for projects that sustain or enhance health and wellbeing.
The intended outcomes of the program are to deliver projects that: - Are sustainable and have an ongoing benefit for members of the Australian veteran community
- Increase opportunities for members of the Australian veteran community to engage in social and community activities and/or improve health behaviours and support healthy places.

Creative KidsAmount: $100

Funding Provider: Service NSW
Purpose: To let kids find their passion and learn new skills. NSW Creative Kids vouchers can be used for students aged 4.5 to 18 years old towards registration, participation and tuition costs for performing arts, visual arts, paints, coloured pencils, art books, coding, languages, literature, music and other creative and cultural activities with the approved list of activity providers. The PPCA Performers’ Trust FoundationAmount: $3,000 for an individual and $5,000 for a group
Closing Date: Ongoing
Funding Provider: Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA)
Purpose: Providing grants to promote and encourage music and the performing arts. This grant can be used for costs associated with the following: - Tuition fees
- Travel costs (hire, airfares, petrol)
- Accommodation
- Venue hire/PA hire.

New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS)Amount: Undisclosed

Funding Provider: Department of Education
Purpose: To provide jobseeker with support to start and run small businesses. If you are an eligible jobseeker and are interested in starting and running a small business, you may be able to access assistance through the NEIS. NEIS can provide you with accredited small business training, business advice and mentoring, as well as ongoing income support for up to 52 weeks. For more information: Click here
Women’s Leadership and Development GrantsAmount: $40 million
Closing Date: 9 December 2020
Funding Provider: Australian Government
Purpose: To create jobs and future job opportunities for women. Organisations that focus on supporting women from diverse backgrounds, including women living in rural, remote and regional areas, are encouraged to apply. The funding will target projects across five key areas: - Job creation

- Workforce participation
- Leadership
- Safety

Foundation Partner, NSW Government - Regional NSWAmount: $10 million in co-funding
Closing Date: 14 May 2021
Funding Provider: Regional NSW
Purpose: To activate or bring forward regional projects in engine, enabling or emerging engine industries. Examples of eligible projects could include the: - Establishment of an additional production line for an existing regional NSW business
- On-shoring of activity currently done overseas to a regional NSW location
- Development of new regional tourism experiences and visitor attractions
- Relocation of a business operation from out of state to regional NSW
- Replacement, upgrade or adaptation of plant and equipment at an existing regional NSW business.

DVA Supporting Younger Veterans (SYV) Grants Program 2020-21Amount: $50,000 - $150,000

Funding Provider: The Australian Government
Purpose: To support the development of well researched and tailored services for the younger veterans' community, with a particular focus on services supporting those at risk of experiencing poor mental health. This may include social inclusion and connectedness activities for younger veterans and their families, mentoring or other support for veterans to assist with their transition to civilian life and employment, or online activities that address stigma and raise awareness of mental health issues faced by younger veterans. Capacity Building Economic and Community Participation Program – Economic Participation Grant Opportunity 2020-21Amount: $10 million in co-funding

Purpose: To increase the social and economic participation, including employment outcomes, of people with a disability.

Purpose: This program aims to help improve local parks for families and people with disabilities and sponsor community events. Purpose: To support Australian social enterprise change makers who are finding new and innovative solutions to tackle the most pressing issues within their local communities and who are now looking to build capacity to overcome the challenges of taking their concept to scale to be impact investment ready. The fund is looking to partner with organisations who have developed their proof of concept and are now seeking igniter funds to scale to the next stage of their development and demonstrate impact and “investor readiness”. Purpose: An initiative enabling Australian bands and artists to maximise that next opportunity to get them to the next stage of their careers. Australasia’s largest annual music prize, the Levi’s® Music Prize, has changed to support more Australian and New Zealand artists through the COVID-19 crisis.
