French and German Christmas MarketCongratulations to pupils from Form 4 who raised €478.30 for the Society of Saint Vincent De Paul in December with their very popular French and German Christmas Market. Pupils transformed The Reynolds Hall into a Christmas wonderland with delicious treats, games and quizzes, colourful tinsel and paper snowflakes galore. Focus Ireland Sleep-inPupils from Form 4 and their teachers participated in a charity sleep-in at the end of our last school term. The aim of the event was to raise funds for and awareness of homeless in Ireland. Study Time!We should like to remind you that the next session of Supervised Study runs from 15 January until 9 February. It is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4.00 pm to Helen Kane Memorial Charity Challenge - Forty FootCongratulations to our Form 4 pupils and their teachers who took part in this year's Helen Kane Memorial Charity Challenge at the Forty Foot. December temperatures did nothing to dampen the swimmers' enthusiasm and on the journey home some even declared that they would do it again next year. Form 4 Charity Hill WalkCongratulations to all Form 4 pupils and teachers who took part in the recent Helen Kane Memorial Charity Challenge at the Sugar Loaf. Despite the cold temperature, the day was dry creating the perfect conditions for this annual event. Participants enjoyed magnificent views from the summit and lively discussion as they walked there and back again. Junior Art and Design ExhibitionPupils from Forms 1 and 2 have been working diligently on their projects as part of their Art and Design course. We were thrilled to display their wonderful work in the Reception area of the school. Pupils from Form 1 made colourful masks inspired by mythology and the sea, while those in Form 2 made a collection of ceramic pieces entitled 'Pets'. What a colourful Art and Design exhibition!
