Is TPG Winning the Strata Roll Out Race ? 

Two years ago TPG launched its plan to roll out its own fibre network to high density strata buildings in selected areas to beat NBN Co and get first access to the resident customers in those buildings [see What is TPG's FTTB Plan for Strata Buildings].

After a few skirmishes about the TPG plan, NBN Co announced it would accelerate its MDU [multi dwelling units] rollout too to stop TPG dominating that space.  Optus also expressed interest in doing the same.
