A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! It's 2021! We MADE it! Life can only get better from here, right? We hope? I can tell you that we've got more settlements lined up this year than ever before. We're actively working with the top settlement administrators in the country, and every month we are strategizing with teams to figure out how to get more money into the hands of qualified claimants than ever before.

This is part of the service we're providing for you and our clients. We are working with them to figure out who the legitimate claimants are, then doing everything we can to get the message out to them, while also making sure to discourage false claims. False claims cost legitimate claimants money and hurt class actions as a whole. I truly hope you're making sure to submit claims only for those Open Settlements you qualify for.

On the home front, we're enjoying wonderful weather with highs in the 60s and 70s. I'm walking 3 - 5 miles a day with my beautiful bride AND spending more time outside with the girls. One of the things they received this year was a new swing for the jungle gym. It's a large padded circle with a net int he middle, enabling 2 - 4 kids to jump on it at once. So every day I hear "Daddy, will you push me?" as Aubrey sticks her head in front of my monitor to make sure I'm paying attention, LOL. This ends up with me pushing both Aubrey and Sydney on the swing and/or SPINNING the swing. They're having a blast when they lay on the swing and I spin, spin, spin it so it's all twisted up, then give it a shove in the other direction and the swing unspools, faster and faster, with the girls screaming yayyyyy!!!! I hope you get as much joy from your kids as I do in those moments!
