Exciting news, we’re moving offices again! We’ll still be at Branston Court but in a bigger office in the courtyard area, to accommodate our growing team. We’ve been thinking about new PC’s, pictures, plants and of course people! And on that note, we’d love to introduce you to our newest Account Manager, Jackie Elcock. We know our clients will love her as much as we already do because Jackie shares our love of helping others, and going the extra mile. At Cre8 giving of our best and making sure we exceed expectations is what drives us. So we’re really looking forward to working with Jackie and continuing to grow our lovely team :) We don’t like to mention it but…..are you all ready for GDPR?! Sorry, but it has to be mentioned, as we’ve spent a lot of time getting our Processes, and Policies up to scratch over the last month or so! And PHEW we think we’re just about there! Sales Tip When we were recruiting recently two of us each spent in excess of 3 hours per week during the 6 week long process. In terms of our business that adds up to 36 hours, or 4-5 days! Add to that the induction process, 1 day, training and team meetings, 1 day per month, HR requirements – 0.5 day a month – meetings and paying a HR Consultant for handbooks, contracts etc, and you’ve got a hefty bill in terms of time and pounds.
