Good morning, everyone! Here's my first Dad joke of the newsletter... This is my last email update OF THE YEAR! We're all back to work trying to end our year STRONG! It was another record breaker for us, thanks to you and our clients, so thank you very much for that! We'll keep working hard for you!

Here we are, ending 2019 in a great position to really rock 2020. We're expanding, and doing our best to educate consumers around the world about the benefits of filing class actions. As I said back in 2008 when I started TCA, you won't get rich off submitting claims for class action settlements, but you WILL get paid if you stick with it! I just ran across a letter from a viewer who received more than $3,000 from one settlement. I personally received a check for $100 for the Scotts Morning Song Bird Food settlement this month! These settlements DO pay out, you just have to make sure to submit a claim for everything you qualify for, and BE PATIENT. If you do that, you'll get those checks!
