Welcome to the May 2018 eNewsUpcoming WayAhead Workplaces Member MeetingsThe next meeting for WayAhead Workplaces will be the Annual Members Forum in Sydney on Friday 22nd June from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The meeting will be hosted by Aon Hewitt – Level 33, 201 Kent Street, Sydney. The theme for 2018 is “What is the role of workplace wellbeing when the way we work and where we work is changing?” Following on from last year’s theme of an Integrated Mental Health Approach, we want our attendees to be thinking about their employees as bringing their whole selves to work. Are they helping their employees to be the best employee they can be, to deliver the outcomes they want for their organisation by creating an environment of trust, inclusion and tolerance in the workplace that supports employee wellbeing? On the day we hope to help organisations look at how the nature of workplaces are going to slowly change going forward and how wellbeing is a key part of that. To find out who the speakers, sponsors and exhibitors are, please go to our website.
