A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Happy week before Thanksgiving, everyone! If you're cooking next week, I hope you've got the meal planned, and ideally the turkey chilling in the freezer waiting for the "big show!" I'm looking forward to getting together with my close family, including my Dad, for some football and holiday deliciousness. It'll be my first big holiday without my Mom, so that'll be an adjustment, and we'll miss her. We have to celebrate and enjoy the time we have with those we STILL have, which is exactly what Mom would want me to do. That makes me happy.

On the work side of things, I NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE leave a comment on Regulations.gov encouraging the FTC to include TopClassActions.com on EVERY consumer class action settlement notice plan. Let them know how much you rely on Top Class Actions to learn about settlements you qualify for, and how much it would help you and other consumers if Top Class Actions was included in the official settlement notification plan, so that you never miss a settlement you qualify for.

PLEASE leave a comment with the FTC letting them know you need Top Class Actions to tell you about every settlement out there! The Assistant Director of the FTC told me, "Scott, if you want us to listen, leave a comment, that way it's documented." So, we ask you to please leave a comment. It's a big factor in getting you in the loop about more class action settlements.
