Annual General Meeting 2020 - JOY Melbourne Inc.

The Board of JOY Melbourne Inc invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held at 3pm sharp AEDT Sunday 29th November 2020 via Zoom (due to COVID gathering restrictions). All JOY members may attend the meeting. As the meeting is via Zoom this year you must RSVP as we need to know the number of attendees. You will receive a further email with the Zoom meeting link and a link to JOY’s annual report a few days before the meeting. RSVP’s will close 72 hours prior to the meeting at 3pm on Thursday 26th November 2020.

Should you not be able to attend the meeting in person and wish to vote on the motions (eligible members only) please consider appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf.

A proxy form is available to download from joy.org.au  Completed proxy forms must be provided to the Secretary no later than 24 hours prior to commencement of AGM.
