Just over a week till the GOOD FOR YOUR SOUL - Kaitiaki Cathedral Cove Planting Day and we can't wait to see you there!
📍 Meeting point: Cathedral Cove Public Carpark, Grange Rd (the gates will be open for planters)
🕘 Time: 9:45 AM
📅 Date: Wednesday, 27th August
We'll walk together down to the planting site at Gemstone Bay, where the DOC crew will share the ecological importance of the area. Then the Pare Hauraki Nursery team will show us how to plant trees like pros before we get stuck in!
What to bring
Spade (if you have one)
Sturdy walking shoes
Water bottle
Sunhat & sunscreen
Gardening gloves
It’s going to be a fun, hands-on morning giving back, learning new skills, and catching up with some awesome people – all with amazing coastal views!
