Get a sense of the beginnings of the Margaret River region wildflower season through a photographic essay from Perth-based photographer Rachel Claire. From the Cape to Cape track to secret spots around townsites, this time of year sees an incredible array of wildflowers in abundance - all there for you to discover. 

In her introduction, local journalist and experience seeker Sarina Kamini writes: "Tread carefully. Stick to the paths. Find a guide. Admire the beauty. And leave the landscape as it was found. Spring wildflower season is a view of the vulnerable underbelly of the bush in all its diverse beauty."

Walk Into Luxury launch new 7 day Cape to Cape & South Coast Walk

In response to demand for a luxury small group walk combining the brand's Cape to Cape and Bibbulmun Track options, Walk Into Luxury have just confirmed the launch of a new 7 day experience taking in the best of WA’s south west. The walk includes Walk Into Luxury’s 4 day Cape to Cape Walk – a Great Walk of Australia - and Walk into Luxury’s 3 day South Coast Walk based at Parry Beach. The experience includes one night at Smiths Beach Resort in between the two walks. Transfers are available from Perth-Albany, Albany-Margaret River, and back to Perth.

Leeuwin Estate launches two new tasting experiences

Leeuwin Estate has launched two brand new experiences; The Connoisseur Tour & Tasting and The Ultimate Ride to Wine & Dine, both designed to further engage wine lovers and cycling enthusiasts alike. Between the two experiences, guests will enjoy visits to the Barrel Hall, walks through the vineyard, tours of the Art Gallery and even a guided cycle through the Estate's surrounding forest that delivers you right into a world-class lunch.
