WATER POLO WA FINALS
The City Beach Water Polo Club were well represented in the Water Polo WA Senior and Junior Grade Finals held on the last weekend in March. City Beach Water Polo Club completed an outstanding season winning 10 Premierships. There were also 10 City Beach players who won Water Polo WA Best and Fairest for their division. AUSTRALIAN WATER POLO CHAMPIONSHIPS
U/18's (Born 1997+)
The City Beach boys won the Gold Medal defeating Hunter in the Final 9-8, whilst the girls defeated Ovens and Murray 11-2 to claim fifth place. Tim Putt won the tournament Best and Fairest and Joe Goldfinch was judged the Goalkeeper of the Tournament. Click HERE for details.
U/14's (Born 2001+)
Boys
The City Beach Bears won the Gold Medal defeating Sunshine Coast 10-3 in the Final. The Red's finished in 8th place which is an outstanding achievement for a Born 2002 team. Whilst the Blacks finished in 13th place winning the Plate. For City Beach to have 3 teams finish in the top 13 places out of 29 teams is a testament to the boys and the program.
Girls
The City Beach Bears missed out on a Semi Final berth by goal difference and then lost a penalty shoot out to the University of NSW in the 5th place pay off. The Reds finished in 21st place.

WINTER
U/14 Program
The CBWPC will again be running the U/14 (Born 2002, 2003, 2004) Winter Training Program during Terms 2 and 3 2015. The aim of the program is to prepare children to play in the 2015-16 State League Competition.
There is an Information Meeting for all parents and players on Tuesday 26 May 2015 at 6.00pm, HBF Stadium Lecture Theatre. This meeting will outline the training programs and competitions for this cohort over the next 12 months.
The details of the training are as follows:

Tuesday (4.30pm - 6.00pm) / Friday (5.00-6.30pm), & Sat 12.00-2.00pm
Girls (HBF - Tue/Thu, UWA - Sat)

U/16 Winter Program
The CBWPC will be running the U/16 (Born 99, 00, 01) Winter Training Program during Terms 2 and 3 2015.
This program is for players interested in playing State League in the 2015-16 Season and preparation for the 2015 Born 1999+ National Club Championships in October 2015. At this stage the club is looking to send 2-3 teams from both the boys and girls.
The details of the National Championships are as follows:
Date: 29 September - 4 October
Venue: Boys - Hobart, Girls - Perth
There is an Information Meeting for all parents and players as follows:
Boys: 6:00pm, Monday 9 May @ HBF Stadium - CBWPC Rooms
Girls: 6.00pm, Wednesday 11 May @ UWA

Swimming Squad
The CBWPC runs a swimming squad 3 morning / week aimed at developing the necessary conditioning and skills required for water polo.
The swimming squad is highly recommended for athletes looking to represent the club at future under 16 and 18 National Championships. The details of the swimming squad are as follows:
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 5:45 - 7.00am
Dates: Monday 11 May - Friday 26 September
