Click each photo for more information about that project.Bridge #8 Design Lowers Project CostsThe recently completed Bridge #8 in Washington County consists of two 32ftx9ft precast concrete arch culverts with a modified alignment and lower profile. This design helped reduce project cost by avoiding a high-pressure gas line. In addition, the design allowed contractors flexibility in the type of wingwalls, which also helped reduce the project cost. ![]() ![]() GUY WINS by losingFor the last two months, GUY employees have been participating in a wellness challenge focused on developing healthy habits such as avoiding sugar, getting regular exercise, and drinking plenty of water. At the end of the challenge, the 27 participants had lost a collective 95 pounds! In honor of our achievements, we will be donating twice that many pounds of potatoes, 190, to a local food bank. ![]() ![]() |
