An opportunity to promote your amazing product with Destination Hauraki Coromandel (at no cost)
Kia ora I appreciate this is a cold-call email, but hopefully something you're interested in! You may have seen that we are rolling out The Coromandel Cure as our winter marketing campaign... we are already in market and getting some great responses to the promotion. The Coromandel Cure campaign is all about encouraging people to come and experience the restorative powers of Hauraki Coromandel, and we have a focus on celebrating our food and beverage hero businesses, given good food and drinks = good times! As an extension of our normal 'come to visit' to experience the Coromandel Cure, we have been considering running a retail focused campaign to promote all the amazing food and beverages produced here in Hauraki Coromandel and sold around NZ. The idea being that consumers can 'taste the cure' at home and then be inspired to visit in person. We see this is as a way that we can support you, as a local food/beverage producer, and build wider awareness of our amazing producers here in Coromandel. Our idea is pretty simplistic - and there is NO cost for you to get involved. At this stage, we're thinking of running this campaign over August and September, as a build-up to spring, with the prize draw early October. ConceptTaste the Cure - Consumers purchase participating Hauraki Coromandel–made food and beverage products, identify them via an on-pack Coromandel Cure QR sticker, and go in the draw to win the ultimate Coromandel Cure Getaway. The message: A taste of the Coromandel Cure – side effects may include cravings for a real getaway.Campaign DeliveryEligible Products

I'm super keen to hear your thoughts, and if this is something you'd like to get involved in?In summary, we'll provide you with the stickers for your product, and some in-store marketing assets that you can provide to your retail outlets (and display them in your own retail store if you have one). We do ask that you provide us some product (or an experience) to add into the prize pack, but apart from that, we'll cover all the campaign costs. We will run national advertising and PR activity to promote the campaign and take care of all the mechanics. You get free marketing, through August and September, and a chance to widen your marketing reach. We do also have the option for a shared stand at the Tauranga Food Show. Tauranga Food Show NZ’s best food in the BOP 15-16 August 2026 We have pencil booked a 8m x 2m shared booth at the Show, which can fit four businesses, and we will subsidise the cost so it is only $300 per business to participate. This is a lot cheaper than going it alone (a standalone site is $600)... we can help coordinate things, but you'd be required to man the stand yourself, sell/hustle your own products, etc. The show is on over 15 & 16 August, and last year had over 9000 attendees. What's next?If you are interested in getting involved - we'd love to hear from you as soon as possible. We need to confirm details in the next couple of weeks so we have time to get all the material produced, get you the stickers, build the back end side of the website, book the ad campaign, etc etc. Once you confirm you're interested, we'll send you a quick form to fill out that will capture the details about your business, and the products you'd like to include in the campaign, how many stickers you'd need, etc. SO - please email me back as soon as you can with your thoughts and we can take it from there. Feel free to give me a call if easierNga mihi nui, KHG Kylie Hawker-Green
