Today, Sexy Fish will unveil its exciting new cocktail menu with pop up launches in London, Singapore and New York. Sexy Fish, Cocktails to Whet Your Senses, features a number of new serves including the graceful Japanese Kir, a gentle mix of falernum and koshu grace white wine, to the curious Neonach, a savoury serve of Hendrick’s Gin, salmon, basil, fennel and chilli oil. What’s more, the menu is presented as a cocktail cookbook, with each serve accompanied by a recipe,
so guests can remake the drinks at home. The cocktail menu can be purchased at the bar at Sexy Fish for £15.
