A MESSAGE FROM SCOTT HARDY

Good morning, everyone! Merry Christmas Eve, happy third night of Hanukkah, and happy early Boxing Day! It's almost time for Santa to come down the chimney with ease, and leave joy for everyone! I hope you're ready. Today (Monday), I'm wrapping up the final presents for my beautiful bride as she enjoys the Nutcracker with Aubrey. That's a fun tradition that's just for her and Aubrey. They go to see the Nutcracker ballet every year, drink some hot cocoa, and get a picture with the sugar plum fairy. Important mommy/daughter bonding time. That little window will give me some time to wrap up presents with Sydney so Christmas is extra special.

We celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas at our home. Every night at sunset, my beautiful bride lights the candles with the girls, says the Hanukkah blessing, and we reflect for a moment as a family. It's one more nice thing to do together as a family that brings us all together, even just for a few minutes, in this busy time of year.

On the work side of things, we're staying busy this week. The team is OFF Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so please be patient if you're emailing us at questions@topclassactions.com. Nicole will be back to work on Boxing Day, so while you're shopping and enjoying some hockey (or American college football bowl games), she'll be available to help.

We are up to 4,560 Fans on Facebook. Thank you for all of your support! If you haven't already, please "like" us on Facebook. We're sharing the top stories that affect YOU in Canada, and it's only a couple per day, so it won't spam your feed. Please "like" us on Facebook now.

That's all for now! HO HO HO, Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah my friends! Happy Boxing Day! Make it a GREAT week!

Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy
President & CEO
